Conflict is Unnecessary:
How to Align Your Subconscious Values with your Conscious Convictions
Do you have ideas you’ve consciously rejected that still linger in the back of your mind? These wrong ideas remain tied to your subconscious as "old baggage." They can trigger conflict, drain your motivation, and create unnecessary suffering. This talk offers practical steps to realign your subconscious values with your conscious convictions. By regularly using processes described in this talk, you can reprogram your subconscious value hierarchy to operate on "motivation by love" rather than "motivation by fear."
The ideas in this talk are based on Ayn Rand’s theory of ethics. If you missed this talk at the 2015 OCON, this is your chance to experience it live and ask questions of Ms. Moroney.
